But yeah, it's certainly a great premise to build a mystery. Having two widely different, yet connected settings can really open up the opportunities for some crazy solutions. I encountered it before in the 2nd season of Sword Art Online, where the mystery is that an unknown player in an MMO has a gun that kills the players in real life if it hits their characters (unfortunately, the solution is one of the first possibilities that you can think of, but stil...)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8031063966272508587.post-90093472278198338842020-05-15T08:27:18.752+02:002020-05-15T08:27:18.752+02:00It shouldn't surprise you then if I tell you t...It shouldn't surprise you then if I tell you there's a whole lot more detecting done in the story once Mademoiselle de Scudéri appears ;)Ho-Linghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04673330638260132388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8031063966272508587.post-51939059315592643252020-05-14T20:12:18.793+02:002020-05-14T20:12:18.793+02:00A mystery novel based on Hoffmann's stories so...A mystery novel based on Hoffmann's stories sounds very cool! Seems fitting since he wrote a mystery novella twenty-two years before Poe wrote The Murders in the Rue Morgue.Kacey Crainhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13492997736737601983noreply@blogger.com
